Last week I attended a fashion event in Dallas at Ghost Bar in the W hotel. My dear friend Jonathan is the press secretary for the lovely Doucette Duvall fashion line, and I had a great time as his co-pilot for a few days. The event celebrated Page Parkes Management 24th anniversary and showed off their new models wearing Doucette Duvall's Fall line. Here's a photo of Jonathan with the DD ladies.
His birthday was the day before so we went to dinner to celebrate with two of the designers, Annebet and Meredith, and ate a ton of sushi and birthday fried icecream.
We helped prepare the dresses that were in the show, and had a fun time with Miss London Levi. I was lucky enough to wear one of the DD designs!
The runway show was amazing.
Overall it was a great event with really strong pink martinis. We met fabulous people and got to see how a small fashion show comes together. I've worked a lot with music events and shows, so it was a little bit different crowd, I must say. Here's a review from Dallas Morning News. Next event please?
